Holistic Deep Tissue Massage

A form of massage that focuses on releasing the deeper myofascial restrictions of the  muscles, tendons and ligaments of the body. It employs techniques to work below superficial connective tissue and break up old structural patterns, allowing the free flow of nutrients and oxygen to the blood. Benefits may include:

Holistic Massage - Back, Neck & Shoulders

A back, neck and shoulder massage is a therapeutic treatment using a variety of techniques. This massage can be soothing and relaxing, or deep tissue and specific.

Do you need help to loosen tight muscles and improve your range of movement? Or is it a relaxing massage you seek, focusing on specific tension in the back, neck and shoulders, whilst promoting an inner serenity? The choice is yours……..

40 minute massage - £43

Indian Head Massage

Originating over 2000 years ago, this is a traditional practice, also known as champissage, focussing on massage acupressure points along the head, neck and shoulders. It originates from an Indian alternative medicine system (Ayurveda) which believes that the mind and body are intricately connected and influence each other. Not only does this holistic massage seek to reduce headaches and improve physical wellbeing, but it can also improve mental and emotional health. So treat your body, mind and soul……

30 minute massage - £35

The massages are for women only and the routine is not set in stone. Your needs are what count. If there are any specific points of focus, let us know at the time of booking and we will do everything possible to accommodate.
